Christmas Dinner Wine Pairing Guide

I enjoy wine because of the many aromas and flavors that are associated with it. Also, I have enough knowledge to know that red wine tends to pair with red meat and white wine tends to pair with fish and fowl. Beyond that I am admittedly clueless regarding any further refinement of wine pairings and feel that I'm missing out on better enjoyments.

Holidays are generally associated with increased fellowship and increased variety of food servings. What an absolutely intimidating period for us wine connoisseurs to best present our wines with our holiday table.
